Your successful event should last at least three full days, to explore the sites and experience daily introductions to gastronomy, history and traditions. Creation of your travelling event
When you really want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to obtain it

A close encounter
Our first essential meeting with the clients, defining their inspirations and ideas. By zoom, by call or in person, this initial contact is scheduled in order to answer all your questions, it last about two hours and it is completely free of charge.
Step 2
Let’s talk rates and budget
Monica G.’s team submits a detailed quotation for the services proposed (scouting, quotations, contracts, bookings, organization, coordination and so on), according to your wishes and your selections.
Step 3
The genesis of the project
A written and detailed presentation of the project is proposed to the client, outlining our recommendations for the venues, caterers, vendors, and the selected activities and visits according to the budget and agreed choices.
Step 4
Making your dream becomes true
The creation of the travelling event finally begins, and the clients will be able to follow the evolution of their tale with a weekly meeting by zoom.

Why choose Monica G.?
Can I afford to have a destination event in Europe?
A destination event implies assuming the costs of meals, transportation within the selected area, visits and activities. Generally, the guests support their flights and accommodations. A detailed study of the estimated expenses, compared with the budget, will define which country and venues are best suited for you.
What about the selection of a special venue or a vendor not listed in your references?
No problem, we work with all venues and vendors in Europe, but only according to their reputation.
Can you collaborate with foreigner planners?
Yes, certainly. Our customer base is formed by private clients and planners.
Would it be possible to propose to our guests the parties only, without any activities or excursions?
Certainly, all our services are tailor-made.
What is the minimum time a destination event should last?
We recommend a minimum of three complete days in the chosen area in order to fully explore and enjoy the opportunities
